Digital Designs: No returns or exchanges on digital designs

There are a few exceptions to this rule:

1. If you accidentally purchase the same design twice; as long as both files have not been downloaded I will issue a refund if you contact me within 3 business days. 

2. If you didn't realize these are digital; as long as the files have not been downloaded I will issue a refund if you contact me within 3 business days. 

*Once your files have been downloaded, no refunds will be issued

Screen Print Transfers: No returns or exchanges on screen print transfers

There are a few exceptions to this rule:

1. If your order arrived damaged; contact me within 3 business days. An exchange, replacement, or refund will be issued at that time. 

If an exchange or replacement is issued, the shipping will be covered

2. If your order is truly lost*; based on tracking, if your order is lost I'll do everything in my power to help you find it. Together we will work to find a solution. If your package is lost and USPS can not find it. A refund or exchange will be issued. 

*USPS tracking does not show the package has been delivered within 30 days of shipping date.
